A nonwoven material comprising a plurality of fibers, the nonwoven material comprising: a first surface and a second surface, the first surface being opposite from the second surface; and an apertured central zone, the apertured central zone comprising: a plurality of nodes extending away from a base plane on the first surface, the nodes having a height of between 3 mm and 6 mm as determined by the Node Analysis Test Method; a plurality of connecting ligaments interconnecting the plurality of nodes, wherein a majority of the plurality of nodes include at least three connecting ligaments connecting to adjacent nodes; a plurality of openings providing a percent open area for the apertured central zone of the nonwoven material from about 10% to about 60%, as determined by the Material Sample Analysis Test Method, the nonwoven material further comprising a first side zone and a second side zone with the apertured central zone being disposed between the first side zone and the second side zone, the first side zone and a second side zone each having a percent open area less than the percent open area of the apertured central zone and greater than about 0.5% as determined by the Material Sample Analysis Test Method, and having micro-bumps having a height greater than 0.35 mm as determined by the Node Analysis Test Method.
